TURKEY FETA BURGERS

1 - 1.5lbs ground turkey

Onion, chopped fine (optional)

Mushroom, chopped fine (optional)

Bacon, chopped fine (optional)

1 avocado, scooped and smashed to a creamy consistency

1 egg

1.5 C pork rinds - crushed to a fine consistency

1 C feta or bleu cheese

Spices as desired

 

Mix all ingredients together

Split into sections and make patties

Grill

Makes 4-6 burgers
