As an experienced medical professional I put your healing needs first. I am proud to provide a high quality level of customer service, massage and bodywork experience, and a strong commitment to health and wellness to all patients at my private office in Wausau, Wisconsin. My goal is to decrease any discomfort and/or pain you have been experiencing by encouraging the relaxation response to guide you towards greater health and well-being. When your nervous systems down-regulates into the rest and digest mode, unpleasant symptoms decrease and good feelings arise.
I believe that when we are able to be in better balance it creates a rippling effect into our lives in emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels. When we feel more at ease, it affects the small and large communities we live in. Everything in life is deeply interconnected and are micro and macrocosms of all that is.
With over 20 years of experience, I have worked on thousands of bodies. I have deeply studied and explored the importance of touch, energy, movement practices, quiet sitting, meditation, contemplation and spirituality. I practice the most effective ways to take care of our bodies, so that we can heal from life's traumas, sports injuries and abuses to create a healthier, happier world.
Local doctors frequently refer their patients to me for TMJ, migraine and headaches relief, mental illness and disturbances, digestive issues, back and neck pain. I strive to help you improve your quality of life, achieve your wellness goals, and support your best possible life.
